“I DON’T KNOW VR”

Nicolas Bulchak is a Senior Generalist at 3DExcite. He has spent the majority of the past 15 years working primarily on photorealistic automotive rendering and CG Environments for agencies and studios in Michigan, and in more recent years getting into interactive content, mobile apps and Virtual Reality. He has a passion learning and teaching through creative collaboration. During the last 4 years he has been exploring developing collaborative workshops. This exploration has started a game dev team, that is currently working on a 3D Platformer, a VR group designing unique room space experiences, and is now working on setting up Non Profit Organizations dedicated to this vision.

Nick will give a quick overview of the many failed and successful projects he and others have done, in order to demystify the fast growing world of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality. His goal is to help encourage artists to overcome the fear of the unknown and jump in and start creating.
